History of Department:

The conception of Department of Mathematics at Pattamundai College, Pattamundai was during the academic session 1989-90. The Honours facility started during the academic session 1994-95 with 16 seats and subsequently planned to increase the number of seats.

ICT facilities in the Department: The department provides modern information and communication technology facilities, services and support to enhance the teaching and learning aims of the college. The department classroom is fitted with an interactive white board, WIFI which are connected to the network. The department utilizes Google, Google Meet, Zoom, E-Mail and Online storage in the delivery of teaching and learning.
